  • 4.14  Special Categories of Personal Data - Given the nature of our recovery-focused services, you may choose to share information that constitutes "special category" or "sensitive" personal data under GDPR, such as information about your health, substance use history, or mental health experiences. We only collect such information when you voluntarily provide it, and we process it with your explicit consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

5. Our Use of Data

  • 5.1 Mental Mike LLC will retain any personal Data you submit for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the Website. Data you may submit via any communication system we provide may be retained for up to 1 year.
