The information, content, and services provided by Mental Mike LLC, including but not limited to the Unified Flux Model curriculum, online courses, educational materials, one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, community forums, and all related resources (collectively, "Services"), are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
OUR SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

f) Are NOT licensed as physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, or any other licensed mental health professionals unless specifically disclosed otherwise
3. RECOVERY COACHING VS. THERAPY
3.1 Recovery Coaching
Recovery coaching, peer support, and the educational services provided by Mental Mike LLC are designed to:
• Provide education about addiction, recovery, and personal development
• Offer support, encouragement, and accountability
• Share information about recovery strategies and wellness practices
• Help identify goals and develop action plans
• Provide a supportive community environment
• Share lived experience with addiction and recovery
3.2 Licensed Therapy
Licensed therapy and counseling, which we do NOT provide, typically involves:
• Clinical assessment and diagnosis of mental health disorders
• Evidence-based clinical interventions for mental health conditions
• Treatment planning for diagnosable conditions
• Processing of trauma using clinical therapeutic techniques
• Crisis intervention and stabilization
• Services provided under state licensure and regulatory oversight
If you require therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment for a mental health condition, substance use disorder, or co-occurring disorder. In that case, we strongly encourage you to seek services from a licensed mental health professional in your area.
4. SCOPE OF COACHING SERVICES
Individual coaching sessions provided by Mental Mike LLC are educational and supportive. During these sessions, your coach may:
• Listen to your experiences and concerns.
• Share educational information about recovery and wellness.
• Help you identify personal goals and action steps.
• Provide accountability and encouragement.
• Share relevant personal experiences with recovery.
• Suggest resources for further learning and support.
One-on-one coaching does NOT constitute therapy, and your coach will NOT provide clinical treatment, diagnosis, or therapeutic interventions.
4.2 Group Coaching Sessions
Group coaching sessions and community gatherings facilitated by Mental Mike LLC provide opportunities for:
• Peer support and shared learning experiences.
• Educational presentations and discussions.
• Community building among individuals in recovery.
• Sharing of experiences in a supportive environment.
• Accountability partnerships and group encouragement.
Group sessions are NOT group therapy and should not be considered a substitute for clinical group treatment facilitated by a licensed mental health professional.
5. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
If you are experiencing any of the following, please seek immediate professional help:
• Thoughts of suicide or self-harm.
• Thoughts of harming others.
• A psychiatric emergency or mental health crisis.
• Symptoms of drug or alcohol overdose.
• Severe withdrawal symptoms.
• Any other medical emergency.
• Experiencing domestic violence or abuse.

f) The applicability of information to your specific situation.
Recovery is a deeply personal journey, and individual results depend on many factors beyond our control, including but not limited to your personal commitment, engagement with the material, individual circumstances, co-occurring conditions, support systems, and adherence to professional treatment recommendations.
7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
a) Recovery from addiction involves inherent risks, including the risk of relapse.
b) Engaging with recovery-related content may bring up difficult emotions or memories.
c) Group settings may expose you to others' experiences that could be triggering.
d) Our Services do not eliminate the need for professional medical or mental health care.
e) You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions regarding your recovery.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in our Services and agree to hold Mental Mike LLC harmless from any claims arising from your participation.
8. COORDINATION WITH TREATMENT PROVIDERS
a) Maintain relationships with licensed healthcare and mental health professionals.
b) Inform your treatment providers about your participation in our programs.
c) Continue any prescribed medications or treatments unless advised otherwise by your physician.
d) Use our Services as a complement to, not a replacement for, professional treatment.
e) Seek appropriate professional help if your needs exceed the scope of our educational services.
F) We may, with your prior approval, share your program progress with your treatment provider if MentalMike.org participation is part of your counseling./therapeutic regimen.
Our coaches and facilitators may, at their discretion, recommend that you seek additional professional support if they believe licensed professionals would better serve your needs.
9. MEDICAL DECISIONS
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Starting or stopping any medication
• Changing medication dosages
• Beginning or ending any medical treatment
• Making decisions about detoxification or withdrawal
• Entering or leaving any level of clinical care

Any testimonials, case studies, or success stories shared on our website, in our materials, or through our Services represent individual experiences and should not be understood as a guarantee of similar results. Each person's journey is unique, and outcomes depend on many individual factors.

14. INDEMNIFICATION
- Your use of and access to the Services.
- Your violation of any term of these Terms.
